The issue with PeerTube's standard RSS feeds not working with Torrent clients has been around for a while. A recently linked discussion reminded me I haven't checked it since the Podcast 2.0 feed became available. Verified it still wasn't working and hunted down bittorrent.org/beps/bep_0036.h

Been working on an RSS feed that uses that spec for PeerTube channels to properly expose PeerTube's .torrent file for regular torrent client download.

@silverpill dunno yet If I can make it work properly with all torrent clients, but it seems to be functioning somewhat with qBittorrent and BiglyBT
