@js in comparing TV vs. radio/podcasting audio, this much is true: the pictures are better on the latter.
@js one good example about the power of audio is how " This American Life" thrives for decades as radio and podcasting but failed as TV.
@patrascan it's almost like they are completely different mediums
@js each has its own language but I'd argue that audio has can ignite a person's internal visual imagination (not to mention other senses) in ways that other media cannot. Which is not to say a visual medium lacks its own special qualities!
