1. Country
When you sign up, we use your IP address to pick your local country.
We use your country to show "Home Grown Hits", "Recommendations" and "Country Charts". You can pick another country to see a different perspective.
2.Playlist
By default, when you click "add to playlist", episodes are added to "My Queue". Additionally, you can create your own playlists and then make one of those your default playlist.

3.Homepage
By default, the TrueFans homepage shows the Top 5 Apple categories, Comedy, News, True Crime etc. You can change any of these podcast carousels by picking 5 different categories.
4. Currency
By default, when you sign up, we use your IP to set your local currency. You can change your currency.

5. Media Player
By default, when you play an episode we display the "Show Notes". But if you prefer you can choose to have chapters, transcripts or comments be the default view.
6. Payments
By default, we show all payments in the local currency you picked. e.g £ $ €
However, if you prefer you can switch and see everything in Bitcoin SATs e.g § SATs.

7. Activity
By default, all your activity (play, comment, follow etc.) is published to the Fediverse via TrueFans.social. You can turn this off in your settings to keep all your activity private or you can reduce the number of activity verbs published.

8. Creators Dashboard & Portal
We are now adding numerous customisation options for podcast creators to change their podcast page into a customised portal.
- By default, the first tab on your podcast page is episodes. However, creators might prefer to reorder their page to show their blog, merch store or events as the default tab on their podcast page. Additionally, creators might choose to hide one or several tabs.

8. Creators Dashboard & Portal
- By default, the payment values for your podcast are blank/nil e.g stream, like, comment. You can change these and set your own default payment values.
- By default, the URL for your podcast page is a TrueFans URL. You will soon be able to change this to a customised domain.
- You can also change the layout, colours, or images to convert your page to a fully customised Portal.
